It's all about discipline 01/03/2012
Started riding the fitness bike tonight. Rode that puppy for 30 minutes. Next gonna do pushups - 2 sets of 15 reps. It's all about discipline - losing weight, getting fit and trim and getting in shape. It's the mind set of saying Yes I am going to be successful in my goal of weight loss.
