A condition of the mind is to get up out the recliner, to get off the couch and to begin the exercise process. Sunday started with the fitness bike for 30 minutes and going 7.7 miles. I slowed the pace down a little today per Kellie's advice. Saturday my knee was hurting a little. Kellie's wisdom kicks in and tells me to slow it down big boy. Tonight Monday - more decline pushups - 2 sets of 15 reps. Then 2 sets of 30 reps of leg lifts. I have a goal - not a dream. i will reach my goal of the new me. I can see the new "old" me - ready to be the new me. I want it and I am gonna get it and be it.
